Shining Star: Judith Thomassini, LPN
Finding reliable and trustworthy staff is probably the most difficult task of any Administrator’s job. Claudia Lobo, the Administrator of Star Multi Care Services’ Fort Lauderdale office is thrilled
when she finds an employee like Judith Thomassini, LPN, one of her Shining Stars.
Judith was referred to Star Multi Care by her friend in June of 2014. “Star Multi Care is a very nice place to work and the staff are wonderful to work for, Judith said. She had been working for another local home care company for two years prior to coming to Star. Judith said, “I don’t plan on leaving because I get along with all of my clients and the staff”.

In his nomination, he stated, “Judith has demonstrated reliability and professionalism, as well as dedication to her work”. “She presents herself with a cheerful, positive attitude; always willing to go the extra mile for her patients. Judith has a strong work ethic and is a tremendous asset to Star Multi Care Services; we are proud to have her providing care to our patients”, he continued.
Claudia concurred with his declaration stating, ““Judith is an exemplary employee. “She goes well and above her job duties which is why she has won the favor of her clients’”. “Judith always has a smile on her face and truly embraces Star Multi Care Services’ customer service philosophy”, she concluded.
Finding reliable staff in an over competitive market is difficult for any Administrator.
