Central Star Home Health Services in Mansfield Ohio is pleased to report the birth of Kashton Paul Banks. Kaston arrived on the morning of April 10th, 2017 at Avita Health Systems-Galion. He was a healthy 6 pounds, 6 ounces and was 18 ¾ inches long. Kashton is the son of Elaina Banks who has worked as the Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator at Central Star for over two years.
Elaina reported having received “star treatment” from the staff at Avita stating “All the staff that we came into contact with during our stay at Avita were nothing short of amazing and took such great care of us, including Kashton’s pediatrician, Dr. Marcia Brown. The delivering physician was Dr. Tyler Huggins with the assistance of the best nurses, Heidi & Lisa, and the most amazing PCA, Glory.”
The way we receive healthcare is changing. Long gone are the days when cost cutting, extended hospital stays and profit margins made a healthcare provider successful. Today, positive rating scales deem success and are characterized and notably marked through the existence of collaboration, efficiency and customer service. Similar to the apparent focus on the quality of the customer experience that the Banks family received, Central Star Home Health has recently developed a new customer service plan entitled, “Strive for Five”. “Our primary focus has to be on our employees, says Tracy Clark, Administrator of Central Star Home Health Care. “Happy employees ensure happy clients”, she continued. “We are beginning to roll out some employee appreciation programs which will ensure our employees enjoy their jobs and stay with us. “In exchange for their employment contentment they should provide consistent, high quality care to our clients”, she continued.
Ensuring employees have a perfect work/family balance is important at Central Star. “Employees also have to be satisfied with the proper balance between the demands of work and those at home”, Tracy said. Elaina has recently returned from maternity leave but seemingly enjoys going home to quality time with her new born son and family. “Thankfully, he is already sleeping through the night which makes my return to work much, much easier”, Elaina says. He absolutely loves watching his brother, Khasen, play and his rides in the car, but is not very fond of bath time”, she said with a smile.
Central Star Home Health Care and the entire network of Star Multi Care Services congratulates the Banks family on their newest addition and welcomes Kashton into the Star family.
